How far in advance can I reserve my date?
There are no restrictions, you can avail any date available.What are the rates for different days of the week and times?
Rates are uniform across all days and time.How many hours are included in the rental of the space? How early can we arrive, and how late can we stay?
The Hall premises are available for-Lunch 12:30 Noon to 3:30pm and for Dinner - 7:30pm to 11pmIs there an additional charge for extra hours? How much?
Yes there will be an extra charge of 2000 INR for every extra 30 mins or part there off. Air Conditioning facility (if availed) will be provided only during Hall timings, no extension will be allowed.Pricing and Availability

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit will be 50% of the basic rent.How do you structure the payment schedule?
Payment can be done in cheque or cash. Booking amount is minimum Rs 10000. The balance entire amount should be received before 30 days of the function.What is the cancellation policy?
All Cancellations done within 30 days will levy a 100% cancellation fee of the basic rent, In case of cancellations prior to 30 days the Booking amount i.e.:- Rs.10000 will be fortified. Please Note:- Management will have the rights to cancel the booking in case of any Religious functions and the refund for the same will be 100%PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Do you have a list of approved or recommended vendors we can use?
Yes we do have a list of approved Caterers and Decorator, the caterer and decorator will be levied a nominal fee for using our in built facilities.Vendor Team
